The only people saying that the Heavy shotgun in Fortnite is bad, are most likely people that are missing their shots. If this gun hits, you are hitting people for GREAT damage even with low rarity with insane range. I still miss having pumps in the game, but I think the heavy shotgun is a great addition to the current chapter 3 loot pool.
