Gentle Response is NOT just another lecture presentation on verbal conflict de-escalation! It is a very dynamic training program that is specifically designed to help a person develop stress inoculation, muscle memory, self confidence, and confidence in other co-workers. Scenarios are NOT done in front of the class to avoid nervouse giggles and performance anxiety.
