Wanting to share the 'how to' of salted eggs a little less salty, we thought of making this video. Since we've been making our own, we never buy salted eggs from stores...less sodium, cheaper, no food coloring on shells and most of all, we exactly know how these were prepared. The shorter length of time the eggs are in a brine solution, the less salty they will taste...the longer, the saltier though.
