Bite sized mouthwatering perfectionπŸ‘ŒπŸΌ INGREDIENTS: -1.5 lbs lean ground beef (I used 96/4) -1/2 cup finely diced onion -1 tsp salt -1 tsp burger rub seasoning -4 slices cheddar cheese -16 dill pickles -Lettuce -Skewers -Avocado mayo (or dipping sauce of choice) DIRECTIONS: -Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -In a large bowl combine ground beef, onions, salt, and burger rub seasoning. Mix until thoroughly combined. -Roll the beef into bite sized balls. Press each one down slightly to flatten it to make a mini burger patty and place it on your baking sheet. -Bake at 400F for 15 mins or until cooked through. -Cut your cheese slices into fours. -Take out burgers when they’re done, pat any excess grease off, and place cheese slice on each mini patty.
