The video is from the raw footage of my 1994 documentary video "Hong Kong Heart". The Luk Yu Tea House is a well-known Chinese restaurant in Central District of Hong Kong, with dim-sums not easily found elsewhere. The paintings hanging on its walls when I filmed were later stolen, probably because of their real value. It was summer 1994. The State Theatre (皇都戲院) in North Point was showing the movie 西楚霸王 "King of West Chu" which I saw on the same trip.
