Week, which stands for “Supporting Local Admirable Missions”, honors selected organizations and individuals prior to the game. Saturday's honoree was City of Angels, a community non-profit in Hamilton Twp that was formed to assist on the frontlines in the national opioid epidemic. City of Angels was created by Kevin and Maryann Meara after the tragic overdose death of their son KC on June 30, 2008. City of Angels has been assisting families battling addiction for over 15 years. COA is all volunteer, does not charge for any family services offered, and has assisted thousands of families throughout our community.
