Obviously, there's a lot more to Alaska than just Anchorage, but seeing as I only have a limited amount of time, and no car, this is as good as it gets for my first experience in the state. And despite having the worst timing (I missed the Iditarod and Fur Rondy by a few days), I feel like I was able to see quite a bit of the city as winter draws to a close. 🍲 WHERE I ATE 🍱 Moose Tooth Pizza: Everyone I talked to raved about Moose Tooth Pizza. The pizza here did not disappoint, and the combinations and pie options were almost a bit overwhelming to choose from! moosestooth.net Snow City Cafe Snow City is a local favorite known for creative decor, great coffee, and famous benedicts. I decided to get the Alaskan king crab eggs benedict. Well worth it! snowcitycafe.com International House of Hotdogs (IHOH): Food carts are apparently some of the best places to get food in Anchorage, especially in the summertime and during the Fur Rondy. Unfortunately, my time didn't line up with either so most of the carts weren't out.
