Wash grape leaves to remove pickling odor. 2. Soak leaves in water mixed with vinegar for 15 minutes. 3. Boil water, add lemon juice and olive oil, then dip grape leaves for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Strain. *Preparing the Filling:* 1. Wash rice and chop onion and greens. 2. In a pot, heat ghee and vegetable oil, cook chopped onion until soft, then add tomato juice and spices. 3. Cook until oil forms on top, then add half of the chopped greens. 4. Allow the sauce to cool slightly, then add rice, remaining greens, and oil. Mix well. *Stuffing and Cooking:* 1.
