This unique group of scientists and engineers comprise the largest tenant at Picatinny Arsenal, making ARDEC one of the largest employers in Northern New Jersey. In direct support of the Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), ARDEC works to develop munitions, weapons, explosives, nanotechnologies, fire control and other associated items for the U.S. military.
