Willoughby began by sharing her concern for viewers' wellbeing and all of those involved in the scandal. She then went on to say 'it was a lot to process' and felt she had a 'lot of questions' after giving 'our love and support to someone who was not telling the truth', in reference to Schofield's denial about the affair.
