Quick tip for the toolbox! I had a fence removal and the customer did not want to have to fill large holes around the yard. You apply some sort of anchor to the base of the pole. You then use something long and strong like a pry bar, metal pole, piece of wood etc which then gives you leverage to pull the concreted post from the ground!
