South Korean actor Kim Boo Sun was put in jail in 1989 for consuming cannabis products three years earlier in 1986. As she stepped into her cell, she turned around and said to the entire nation, "(There) ain't no crime (committed) here." Yes Mrs. Kim, cannabis is not a crime.
