Assault Suit Leynos (重装機兵レイノス) is a 2015 PS4/PC remake of the Mega Drive run-and-gun mech shooter of the same name. Development was handled by Dracue, the creators of Gunhound EX. Dracue did an excellent job with this, taking many of the best elements from the various Assault Suit games and bringing them together to create what I’d argue is the most polished entry in the series. They should definitely be proud! Sadly, the same cannot be said of western publisher Rising Star Games. Their PC port lacks full controller support, contains graphical glitches, doesn’t run at a steady 60fps, and is prone to crashing during extended gameplay sessions. Given their track-record with PC ports like Deadly Premonition, I doubt they’ll ever fix these issues.
