I bought an MS250 from Marketplace for $60. The guy was fed up and was gonna buy a new chainsaw. He had this saw into a Stihl repair shop and they told him it was fine. I bought the saw and confirmed it had a hot start problem. I cleaned and reset the OEM coil and then the saw would die after heating up. I diagnosed to problem down to no spark and decided to try an eBay coil for $9.99 and see if it is any good. So far so good. An MS250 for $70 total isn't bad in my book.
