In update 9.9.9, the Revenant received a +10% shield durability buff along with a shorter cool down time of its ability (16 seconds down to 15 seconds). In the current meta, the Revenant seems to be holding up really well – for my build I usually run Nuclear Amplifier, two Repair Amplifiers, Pascal (although you could use Iron Hearth) along with mostly durability and resistance skills.
