Today I had another IAPT telephone assessment for my anxiety, lasted just over 30 minutes. The call left me with little confidence and anxious. I'm unsure as to whether I'm even going to be put on a waiting list. I have to wait 2 weeks for a call to see if I can go on the list. Also, today I had to nip out, first time I've been out alone for a good few weeks.
