This is the UFO Easter egg in Dying Light: The Following. It gets you a blueprint for the UFO gun & ammo, as well as a new Stargazer outfit. It previously wasn't obtainable on consoles due to a bug, but now it works! This can only happen after you collect all 15 Unknown Stones & bring them to the south east safe house near the dam.
