HOW TO MAKE DELICIOUS STUFFED POTATO CABBAGE ROLLS :- INGREDIENTS OF POTATO CABBAGE ROLL 4 Servings 500 grams potato 1/2 cup shredded cabbage salt as required refined oil as required 1/2 bunch coriander leaveS For Filling 5 drops lemon juice 2 green chilli For Dough 1/2 cup rice flour water as required For The Main Dish HOW TO MAKE POTATO CABBAGE ROLL Step 1 To begin the recipe, make sure to boil the potatoes at night. Next morning, peel them and mash them well in a bowl. Step 2 Add cabbage, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt to the bowl and mix it well. Step 3 Make small rolls or and other shape out of the mix. Step 4 To make the batter, mix rice flour, salt and water in another bowl and knead it well. Step 5 Mix the stuffing prepared in the first bowl with the dough. Form a desirable shape out of it. Take a deep bottomed pan and start heating the oil in it. Step 6 / 6 Deep fry the prepared roll in the pan. Once the rolls turn light brown in color, turn off the flame and serve warm with your favorite chutney or sauce. For presentation, you can also wrap the rolls in cabbage leaves.
