Mit Rammstein gelang es Motor Music auch international Zeichen zu setzen. Aktuelle und Artists der ersten Generation sind Polarkreis 18, PeterLicht, Phillip Boa, Super700, Rainer Von Vielen, Herrenmagazin, The Kabeedies, The bianca Story u.v.m. Motor Music was founded as a label by the name of „ Jenseits des Mainstream“ in 1994 by Tim Renner on behalf of Polygram ( later Universal Music). In the years to follow, the company founded by Germanys biggest major label, advanced quickly to be a pulse generator in the local independent scene with own artists such as Element of Crime, Tocotronic, Virginia Jetzt, Sportfreunde Stiller any many more. Working with Rammstein, Motor Music succeeded to set a mark internationally as well.
