Wash and grind. take 2 Tbsp of batter for making paavu ro called as Kappi. then again grind this with coconut. once the paavu became cool mix with batter. mix well and keep over night or atleast 8 hrs for fermentation.In winter it may take 10 hrs minimum. once fermented, add sugar salt.. and mix well. Spread coconut oil and pour this batter to preheated Tawa or Appam Chati.. thats it.. Appam ready... Enjoy this with any of your favourite side dish..
