n this video I’m taking a close look at the ASUS ProArt P16 laptop, which comes loaded with the AMD Ryzen 9 HX370 and NVIDIA RTX 4070. I’ve had some time with this beast, and let me tell you—it can handle anything I’ve thrown at it so far. In this review, I’ll be going through a bunch of stuff, like benchmark tests, gaming performance, battery life, and even a full teardown to see what’s upgradeable. Here’s what you can expect to see: Cinebench 2024, R23, R20, and R15: I’ve tested the CPU performance across all these versions to give you a complete picture. PCMARK 10: I ran this to see how it performs in everyday tasks. Puget Systems Davinci Resolve: If you’re into video editing, this test is for you. Geekbench 6: Another one to check out how the processor and memory stack up. CrystalDiskMark: Checked the storage speeds, and I’ll show you those results. SD Card Reader Test: Tested with a Kingston reference card to see how fast the reader is. 3DMARK Benchmarks: I ran Steel Nomad, Port Royal, Time Spy, and Night Raid to really push the GPU. Game Benchmarks: I’ve benchmarked Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Cyberpunk 2077, Batman Arkham Knight, and Call of Duty MW3 to see how this laptop handles some popular games. Thermal Testing: I used a thermal camera to check out the cooling, inside and out. I also took a look at the battery life on this thing, and it did pretty well in video playback and productivity tasks. I’ve got the exact times for you in the video.
