In the US, "Jump Around" reached #3 on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Cash Box Top 100, #5 on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs, #13 on the Billboard Rhythmic, #14 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, and #17 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs charts. In Canada, the song reached #7 on the RPM Dance/Urban and #45 on the RPM Top Singles charts. In the Netherlands, the song reached #10 on the Single Top 100 and #12 on the Dutch Top 40 charts. In Europe, the song reached #30 on the Eurochart Hot 100 and #9 on the Music & Media Dance charts. "Jump Around" also reached #9 in Ireland, #15 in Australia, #26 in Sweden, #28 in Belgium, #31 in New Zealand, and #32 in the UK. In both Ireland and the UK, the song was also made their respective charts when it was paired with "Top 'o The Morning To Ya", reaching respectively at #6 and #8, as well as making it to #1 on the UK Music Week Dance chart.
