I started a new batch of Bacardi Silver Rum in my oak barrel that was just finished aging a Manhattan. The Manhattan was aged in a barrel that was cured with red wine for 1 day and then brandy for 2 days. It was made with 100 proof Knob Creek Rye Whiskey.
