The 914th Combat Arms Range at the 914th Air Refueling Wing at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y., routinely trains several members, including local departments across Western New York, in small arms weapons training. Every year, approximately 225,000 spent rounds of ammunition are turned over to 914th Maintenance Squadron Munitions for processing and recycling. In 2015, 914th Munitions and Environmental teamed up and built this recycling program that now turns spent brass & metal into cash for the wing.
