This video talks about the first few weeks of being a pre-registered nurse here in the UK. This is the period where you are still a Band 4, still to receive your PIN, or your Pre-OSCE days. It includes what is expected of you and some things you can do to maximize your time being a supernumerary member of staff. PLEASE NOTE though that the timeline may be different with your trust or employer. For me, when I was still in the nursing home, I had at least two months before I took the exam. Thanks for watching!
