The Crystalline's damage is pretty respectable for its stage of the game, but a lot of rogue weapons easily outclass its damage right after the first boss. Think of sticky spiky balls or the mycoroot, the mod gives you plenty of options to choose from, and this weapon while it looks certainly pretty cool lacks quite a bit of damage. It's still incredibly strong though like most Rogue weapons, enough to use up to Skeleton with a little bit of patience!
