Ingredients: 1 + 1/2 cups warm water (350ml). 1 tbsp dry or instant yeast (7g). 1 tsp salt + 1 tsp sugar. 4 cups flour (480g). Bake at 190° (375°F) for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Take one piece and form a ball. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet with flour. Spraying water on buns. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Use a sharp knife to cut a slit across the top of the buns. Bake at 190° (375°F) for 20 minutes.
