Ablate the Haemorrhoids with bare tip fibre by keeping the settings at 12W till the blanching is visible. Try to achieve a good puckering effect all around the Haemorrhoids. Make sure the bare tip fibre does not touches the Haemorrhoids. Keep the fibre 1cm away from the point of ablation.
