This immersive experience is a way for city leaders to communicate efficiently on city project and build consensus among public stakeholders and citizens.The objective is to showcase a dive into the city virtual twin to discover how simulations strengthen the decision process to build sustainable and resilient cities, along with consensus building with citizens. Throughout this immersive experience, we: - analyze impacts of a new traffic policy designed to reduce noise and air pollution with the aim to extend low emission zones (reducing speed from 50 to 30km/h and dedicating one lane to e-buses and bicycles); - explore scientific analysis to optimize quality of life in the district by developing a new multipurpose building with a kids playground; - consider urban heat impacts of a new parking development to support the urban cooling strategy. Virtual Reality experiences become a strong asset for city leaders to engage with citizens and create consensus about future public policies with a science-based approach.
