Join me for this full-standing 30-minute upper body workout to strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders, back, and chest! This workout is a hypertrophy-style workout that includes finishers! We will work through 2 sets of each exercise than a longer finisher round! The finishers we work though in this strength session will be either pulses, 21s (bottom half or rep, upper half of rep, full range of rep), or slow tempo! These finishers are FUN and will burn out the muscle! When picking an appropriate weight for the first two sets of each exercise, pick a weight that will be challenging for the entire 45 seconds, but the last 10-15 seconds or so should be very challenging to finish, this is how you will know you are going heavy enough to build strength and define! For the finisher set, you can try and keep the same weight or even drop the weight a bit to ensure you are maintaining proper form. Join Bike & Bells!
