材料 ingredients : 1隻雞蛋 one egg 500ml 水 water 3 tbs 糖 sugar 3 tsp 燕菜粉(燕菜精) agar powder 做法 procedures : 1. 發開蛋,過篩 Whisk an egg n sift it 2. 拌勻糖和燕菜粉 Mix sugar n agar powder 3. 中火煑水至微微滾 Bring water to simmer on medium heat 4. 加入一半糖和燕菜粉,拌煑至溶掉,加入餘下的,拌煑至大滾約3分鐘,再拌煑多一分鐘 5. Add half the sugar n agar powder, stir n cook till melted, then add in the rest n cook till boiling up in about 3 mins. Keep on stirring n cooking for 1 more min 6. 熄火,加入蛋液,加時輕輕地拌拌 Turn off heat, add egg, gently stir it while adding 7. 倒入4個玻璃碗仔 Pour into 4 glass bowls 8. 室温放涼至凝固,便可脫模 Let it cool at room temp till gelling up. Then remove from bowl easily
