It feels absolutely amazing to post again and put my music back out into the world after two years of a YouTube-break, and I am so excited for you guys to hear this original I wrote! This video captures my live performance at the Berklee College of Music Performing Songwriter Showcase in the Red Room of Cafe 939, on July 31st, 2018!! “Let Me Explode” is a song about falling for my best friend and dying to make a move, even though we both agreed it wasn’t best for our friendship to take that risk. I am so thankful for Berklee for all of the opportunities they’ve given me (Sidewalk-Series performances at the Berklee Bookstore, Caf-Shows in the big Berklee cafeteria, performing in Jekyll & Hyde the musical, and a full-ride to Berklee 5-Week 2019!) and I am beyond honored to have been chosen to be a part of this incredible showcase! Berklee’s Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive was one of the most life-changing experiences for me, and being in this showcase in particular was the moment where I knew singing and songwriting was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
